Shipping Policy

Yvette US posts orders to addresses inside the United States. International delivery is not available, and a forwarding address outside the country cannot be used.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are boxed the same afternoon.

The packing bench runs Monday to Saturday, so a weekend order is handled on Monday. Loose stems are boxed flat so they travel without being crushed.

Ground carriage takes three to five working days once the carrier has collected the parcel.

A remote address can add a day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Most orders arrive within a week of being placed.

If you are styling for an event, tell us the date before ordering and we will say whether the timing works.

Standard shipping is free above $75. Below that a flat rate is applied at checkout.

There is no separate handling charge, and the rate is shown before payment rather than after.

The carrier sends a tracking number by email once the parcel is scanned, which is normally the same day it is boxed.

If the tracking page has not moved within one working day, email us the order number and we will chase it.

Report a lost, damaged or incorrect parcel within 14 days of the expected arrival, with the order number and a photograph.

We raise a claim with the carrier and then replace the item or refund it, depending on what the claim returns.
