You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

By ordering you confirm the delivery details are correct and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Stem counts, lengths and colours on each page come from the supplier specification for that bundle.

Screens render colour differently, and a small variation in dye between production runs is normal rather than a fault.

Orders depend on stock and payment verification. Some bundles are restocked in small runs and can sell out between the cart and checkout.

If something is unavailable before dispatch, we contact you, send what we can and refund the rest.

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Payment is completed on a hosted, PCI-compliant page. We accept credit card and the other methods offered there, and we do not store full card details.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and carrier delays or incomplete addresses can extend them.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will pursue the carrier claim with you.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy. Unused bundles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once a returned box passes inspection, the refund is issued within 7 days. An order that has not shipped is cancelled and refunded in full.

Outdoor bundles carry a UV-resistant finish, but bring them in before a hard freeze if the planter itself would crack.

Dust them with a dry cloth rather than polish, and rinse outdoor stems with a hose and let them air dry.

To the extent the law permits, Yvette US is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from delays outside our control.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is capped at the amount paid for that order.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published on this page applies to orders placed after it goes live.
